As someone else has said in their review, the replacement parts I've received do NOT snap into place because the magnets have the wrong polarity. The shaver head now pushes away from the shaver body. Absolutely no use whatsoever. Given the amount charged for these items, double that for post and packing, plus the incredible delay before items are dispatched, it is not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for your travel shaver.

Placed order for two Motor Zero Spare Bits on 30th March. Charged pretty much the same again for shipping. Despite emailing for updates, I heard nothing for the next 60 days until on 29th May I get an email saying that my order is on its way. Today, 12th June, I receive an email asking me to review my purchase... which I STILL haven't received. Consequently, my review has to say that I have had a poor experience. If I relied only on this shaver, I'd now have an extremely long beard. Why does it take two months to despatch spare shaver blades? It's a shame as the shaver itself was pretty good... until the blade holder broke and I needed to order a replacement. Presuming I receive the replacement, I can't see me going through this massive delay to shipping and will likely have to throw the shaver away.

Company is asking me for a review and I’m still waiting for my parts 2 weeks later. Tracking shows nothing and wants me to download an app just to see where package is. I cannot recommend this company.
